The fastest way to reach us is through our contact page or by email. You can also reply to an existing ticket if your question is about that specific issue.
Who this applies to
This article applies to anyone who needs to get in touch with our team, whether you have an order with us, a question about a treatment, or a general enquiry.
How to get in touch
There are two channels for reaching our team:
- Our contact page: oxfordonlinepharmacy.co.uk/contact
- By email: help@oxfordop.co.uk
- Phone: Prefer to speak with us directly? Call 01295 262925, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
When to reply to an existing email
If you already have a ticket open with us, reply to that ticket only if your question is about that specific issue. Replying lets the team pick up where the conversation left off without losing any context.
When to create a new email
If your question is about something new, or a different issue from one we are already helping you with, please email us, although preferably create a brand new ticket as this keeps all information in the thread relevant to issue at hand. Even if you have an existing ticket open, do not reuse it for an unrelated question. A separate ticket means:
- Your new query is routed to the right person on the team.
- The history of each issue stays clear and easy to follow.
- We can respond faster.
To create a new ticket, use either of the channels above contact page or email.
What to do next
Choose the channel that suits you (contact page or email or phone), have your order number or account email ready if your query is order-related, and send us your question. The team will get back to you as soon as possible.
